1. What AccrueDev is
AccrueDev (accruedev.com) sells digital content products for developers: the Course (an 8-module AI development methodology course), the Agent Store (a subscription to skills, agents, and commands content updates), and the Bundle (the Course plus the Agent Store plus future extras). Content is delivered via the @accruedev/cli tool using a personal API key sent by email after purchase.
2. Orders and payment
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on AccrueDev. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and order inquiries. Your receipt and billing relationship are with Paddle, not directly with AccrueDev.
3. Accounts and API keys
Your API key is personal and non-transferable. Do not share or resell it. We may revoke keys we determine are being used abusively, including shared or resold access.
4. License
Purchased content is licensed for your own use and your team's internal projects. You may not redistribute or resell the Course or Agent Store content.
5. Subscriptions
Agent Store and Bundle subscriptions renew monthly via Paddle. You can cancel anytime through the Paddle customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
6. Disclaimer
Content is provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific outcomes. AccrueDev is an independent product and is not affiliated with Anthropic.
7. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AccrueDev after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
